Melannurca or Annurca Apple Campana is a fine variety of Italian apple, native to the Campania region: with a crunchy inner and unmistakable flavour, it is known as the “Queen of the apples”.
From the Annurca apple we obtain an exquisite liqueur with a distinctive intense aroma and fruity taste which make it an excellent digestive. The original recipe seems to root back to even before the eruption of the Vesuvius that destroyed Pompeii and Herculaneum: in fact, frescoes have been found on the ruins of the ancient cities.
It is a handmade apple liqueur from the plant to the bottle: handpicked and processed between October and December following the natural seasonality, enhancing the aromas and flavour of the fresh fruit.
It is ideal to enjoy at the end of the meal, as a refreshing digestive, or on the rocks. It’s also popular as a great cocktail drink.
The elixir of Fiano is made with a combination of selected herbs and Fiano D.O.C.G. from Gaudi, giving it a strong and balanced taste. Pleasantly bitter aftertaste, the infusion rests for a long period, thus refining the flavour and giving it a harmonious and homogeneous character with citrus and floral notes.
This deep orange bitter liqueur is made from the gentian root, a perennial plant with a yellow flower which gives it its intense, unmistakable aroma with notes of licorice, medicinal roots, rhubarb and citrus. Intensively flavoured, it has initial flavours of refreshing citrus that lead to a subtle ginger finish. Fresh and versatile, it is perfect for exquisite aperitifs or to create great cocktails.
This Grappa Barricata is produced from the artisanal distillation of selected batches of pomaces from Candida. It is aged in oak barrels for 24 months. During this ageing period, from which the name LUSTRO derives, the wood slowly gives its aromas to the distillate, making it round and with hints of vanilla
